The Most Overlooked Tool for Better Brushing: Disclosing Tablets

17/3/2026

Picture
Everyone asks the same questions about oral care:
  • Which toothbrush should I buy?
  • What’s the best whitening toothpaste?
  • When should I floss?

But in my opinion, after more than 20 years working in dentistry, we overlook the single most powerful product for improving oral hygiene at home.

Not a toothbrush.
Not a whitening toothpaste.
Disclosing tablets.
They’re simple, inexpensive, and incredibly effective, yet most households have never used them.
Let’s look at why they’re such a game changer.

What Are Disclosing Tablets?

Disclosing tablets are small chewable tablets containing harmless food colouring that stain dental plaque on your teeth.
Plaque is a sticky film of bacteria that constantly forms on the tooth surface.
It’s often colourless and difficult to see, which is why many people think they’ve brushed well when plaque is still left behind.
When you chew a disclosing tablet, the dye attaches to plaque and highlights it, usually in bright pink, red, or purple.
Suddenly you can see exactly where you’ve missed.
This visual feedback is incredibly powerful for improving brushing technique.

Why Seeing Plaque Changes Everything

Most people brush the way they were shown as a child or simply guess.
Research consistently shows that many individuals leave significant plaque behind even after brushing (Van der Weijden & Slot, 2011).
The challenge is simple:

You can’t clean what you can’t see.
Disclosing tablets solve that problem instantly.
By highlighting plaque, they allow you to:
✔ See exactly where brushing has been missed
✔ Improve your brushing technique
✔ Focus on hard-to-reach areas
✔ Monitor progress over time

For many people, using a disclosing tablet once is enough to realise that their usual brushing routine is missing key areas, especially along the gumline and between teeth.

Who Are Disclosing Tablets For?

Many people assume disclosing tablets are only for children.
But the truth is:
They are useful for everyone.
They are particularly helpful for:
  • Children learning how to brush
  • Teenagers with braces
  • Adults wanting to improve oral hygiene
  • Parents teaching brushing technique
  • Anyone struggling with plaque build-up or gum bleeding
Visual learning is powerful. Seeing plaque highlighted makes brushing mistakes immediately obvious.
In fact, studies show that visual plaque disclosure significantly improves oral hygiene behaviour and plaque removal(Twetman et al., 2015).

Where Do People Commonly Miss When Brushing?

When plaque is disclosed, the same areas often appear again and again:
  • Along the gumline
  • Behind the back teeth
  • The inside surfaces of the lower front teeth
  • Between teeth
  • Around orthodontic brackets
These areas are easily missed when brushing quickly or using the wrong technique.
Disclosing tablets turn brushing into a learning experience rather than a guessing game.

How to Use Disclosing Tablets at Home

Using disclosing tablets is quick and simple.
  1. Brush your teeth as you normally would.
  2. Chew the disclosing tablet and move it around your mouth for 30 seconds.
  3. Spit out the residue and rinse lightly with water.
  4. Look in the mirror.
Any coloured areas on your teeth show plaque that was missed during brushing.
Now brush again, focusing on removing the stained areas.
It’s a powerful way to refine technique and improve cleaning.
Many dental professionals recommend using them once or twice per week as a learning tool (Chapman et al., 2010).

Turning Brushing Into a SkillBrushing your teeth isn’t just a routine - it’s a skill

And like any skill, it improves with feedback.
Disclosing tablets provide that feedback instantly.
Instead of asking:
“Did I brush properly?”
You can actually see the answer.
Over time, this helps develop:
  • Better brushing technique
  • Greater awareness of plaque build-up
  • Stronger daily oral hygiene habits

A Simple Tool With a Big Impact

We often focus on the latest toothbrush technology or whitening products.
But improving oral health at home often comes down to simple behavioural changes.
Disclosing tablets help bridge the gap between brushing and brushing effectively.
They show what’s being missed, guide improvement, and help build better habits for life.
Sometimes the most powerful tools are also the simplest.

And when it comes to improving oral hygiene at home, seeing plaque is the first step to removing it.

Little Teeth, Big Foundations: Building Healthy Smiles from Birth to Age 5

12/3/2026

Picture
Tiny teeth. Big responsibility.
One of the biggest myths I hear from parents is:
“They’re only baby teeth — they’ll fall out anyway.”
But here’s the truth:
Oral health starts from birth — not when the first tooth appears.
The habits formed in the first five years shape a child’s relationship with brushing, dental visits, and self-care for life.
Let’s walk through what parents really need to know.

When Should You Expect the First Tooth?

Most babies get their first tooth around 6 months of age, although anywhere between 4–12 months can be completely normal.
Typically, the lower front teeth (lower incisors) appear first.
By age 3, most children will have their full set of 20 primary (baby) teeth.
But here’s the key point:
Oral care starts before the first tooth erupts.

Oral Care Before the First Tooth

Even before teeth appear, bacteria can colonise the mouth.
From birth, you can:
✔ Gently wipe your baby’s gums once a day with a clean, damp gauze or soft cloth
✔ Introduce a soft silicone finger brush
✔ Make oral care part of the bedtime routine
This helps:
  • Remove milk residue
  • Reduce bacterial build-up
  • Familiarise your baby with oral care
  • Establish brushing as normal and expected
You’re not just cleaning — you’re building routine.

When the First Tooth Appears

As soon as that first little tooth breaks through:
It’s time to brush.
Use:
  • A small, soft-bristled toothbrush
  • A smear (rice-grain sized) amount of fluoride toothpaste (1000 ppm fluoride, depending on local guidance)
Brush twice daily — especially before bed.
The evidence is clear that early use of fluoride toothpaste significantly reduces caries risk in young children (Wright et al., 2014).
And remember: toddlers don’t have the manual skill to brush effectively on their own.
They need help — every time.

When Should You Register with a Dentist?

The recommendation from major dental organisations is:
By their first birthday — or within 6 months of the first tooth erupting.
Early dental visits help:
  • Monitor tooth development
  • Provide preventive advice
  • Identify early signs of decay
  • Normalise the dental environment
Children who attend early are more likely to have positive long-term dental attitudes (American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, 2023).
A dental visit should feel routine — not emergency-based.

Why Baby Teeth Matter

Primary teeth are essential for:
  • Eating and nutrition
  • Speech development
  • Facial growth
  • Holding space for adult teeth
Early childhood caries (tooth decay in under 5s) is one of the most common chronic diseases worldwide (Kassebaum et al., 2017).
Untreated decay can lead to:
  • Pain
  • Infection
  • Sleep disruption
  • Difficulty eating
  • Hospital admissions
Prevention is far easier — and kinder — than treatment.

Building Oral Care as a Non-Negotiable

Children thrive on routine.
Brushing should sit alongside:
  • Bath time
  • Bedtime stories
  • Getting dressed
Not optional.
Not mood-dependent.
Not negotiable.
When brushing becomes an expected daily habit from infancy, resistance is dramatically reduced later.
Research shows that early habit formation strongly predicts long-term oral hygiene behaviours (Finlayson et al., 2007).
Children don’t question what feels normal.
Make brushing normal.

What About Diet for Under 5s?

Frequent snacking and sugary drinks dramatically increase decay risk.
Key protective habits include:
✔ Water as the main drink
✔ Avoid putting babies to bed with milk or juice
✔ Limiting sugary snacks between meals
✔ Avoiding frequent grazing
It’s not just the amount of sugar — it’s how often it’s consumed.
Tiny teeth are vulnerable.

Brushing Together Builds Confidence

Children under 5:
  • Cannot brush effectively alone
  • Need supervision
  • Need repetition
  • Need positive reinforcement
Parents should assist or supervise brushing until at least age 7.
Think of it like crossing the road — independence comes later.
Early support builds confidence, not dependency.

The Winning Start

From birth to age five, you’re not just cleaning teeth.
You’re shaping:
  • Habits
  • Attitudes
  • Confidence
  • Health outcomes
Start before the first tooth.
Register early.
Use fluoride appropriately.
Supervise daily.
Make brushing a non-negotiable.
Because strong smiles don’t start at school age.
They start in your arms.
If you’d like structured, step-by-step support to guide brushing technique and build healthy habits from the very beginning, you can trial Kirsty’s Smile Academy FREE for 7 days and make oral care part of your family routine.
Small habits.
Lifelong impact.

Gold Medal Smiles: What Sport Really Does to Your Teeth

1/3/2026

Picture
When we think about athletes, we picture strength, stamina, discipline and peak health.
But here’s something that rarely makes the podium…

Elite athletes often have surprisingly poor oral health.

During the London Olympics, researchers found a high level of tooth decay, gum disease and enamel erosion among competitors, despite their incredible physical fitness.
So what’s going on?
Let’s look at how sport - from weekend warriors to elite athletes, can influence your oral health.

1. Frequent Sugar for Energy

Training demands fuel.
Sports drinks, energy gels, bars and frequent carbohydrate snacks are often used to:
  • Boost performance
  • Maintain blood sugar levels
  • Prevent fatigue
The problem?
Many sports drinks are high in sugar and acidic.
Frequent sipping during training exposes teeth to repeated acid attacks, softening enamel and increasing the risk of:
  • Tooth decay
  • Enamel erosion
  • Tooth sensitivity
A study of Olympic athletes found high rates of dental caries and enamel erosion linked to sports drink use (Needleman et al., 2013).
It’s not the occasional drink, it’s the frequency.
Every sip has an effect.

2. Dehydration & Dry Mouth

Intense training often leads to dehydration.
When saliva flow reduces, your mouth loses one of its greatest natural defences.
Saliva helps to:
  • Neutralise acids
  • Wash away food debris
  • Remineralise enamel
  • Control harmful bacteria
A dry mouth creates the perfect environment for decay to develop more quickly.
Research shows athletes may experience reduced salivary flow during prolonged exercise, increasing oral disease risk (Walsh et al., 2015).
Hydration isn’t just about performance, it protects your teeth too.

3. Constant Fueling = Constant Acid Attacks

Strict training routines often require frequent meals or snacks to maintain energy levels.
Instead of 3 meals per day, athletes may eat:
  • Pre-training
  • During training
  • Post-training recovery
  • Evening refueling
Each eating occasion lowers the pH in the mouth.
Without recovery time between meals, teeth are under near-constant acid challenge.
It’s not just what you eat, it’s how often.

4. Sleep Disruption & Recovery

Early morning sessions. Late-night competitions. Travel across time zones.
Athletic schedules can disrupt sleep patterns.
Poor sleep is linked to:
  • Reduced immune function
  • Increased inflammation
  • Higher stress hormones
Emerging research suggests sleep disruption may also impact periodontal (gum) health through inflammatory pathways (Gunaratnam et al., 2009).
Recovery matters,  for muscles and for your mouth.

5. Sports Trauma & Dental Injuries

Contact sports dramatically increase the risk of:
  • Broken teeth
  • Knocked-out teeth
  • Lip and tongue injuries
Sports such as rugby, hockey, boxing and basketball carry a higher dental trauma risk.
Wearing a custom-fitted sports mouthguard significantly reduces injury risk (ADA Council on Access, Prevention and Interprofessional Relations, 2006).
A mouthguard shoudl be a non-negotiable,  it’s protective equipment.

So What Should Athletes Do?

You don’t have to choose between peak performance and a healthy smile.
Smart habits make all the difference:
✔ Use water as your primary hydration drink
✔ Keep sports drinks to training only (not casual sipping)
✔ Avoid brushing immediately after acidic drinks (wait 30–60 minutes)
✔ Use fluoride toothpaste and spit, don’t rinse
✔ Maintain daily flossing
✔ Wear a custom sports guard for contact sports
✔ Schedule regular dental check-ups
Even elite athletes benefit from structured oral hygiene education.
Because brushing harder doesn’t mean brushing better.

The Winning Routine

Whether you’re training for a marathon or managing kids’ weekend football, oral health should be part of your performance plan.
Sport builds strong bodies.
The right daily habits build strong smiles.
If you want structured, step-by-step guidance on brushing and flossing properly at home, you can trial Kirsty’s Smile Academy FREE for 7 days and make oral health part of your winning routine.
Because a gold medal smile lasts longer than any trophy.

The 2-Minute Toothbrushing Rule: Are You Really Brushing Long Enough?

24/2/2026

Picture
If you’ve ever searched:
  • “How long should you brush your teeth?”
  • “Is 1 minute enough to brush teeth?”
  • “Why 2 minutes brushing?”
  • “How to get kids to brush for 2 minutes?”
…you’re not alone.
The 2-minute brushing rule is one of the most talked-about dental health habits — but most people still don’t follow it properly.
And that’s exactly why this matters.

Why 2 Minutes of Toothbrushing Is So Important

Dentists recommend brushing your teeth for two full minutes, twice a day.
Why?
Because plaque doesn’t disappear with a quick scrub.
Brushing for the full 2 minutes:
  • Removes more plaque
  • Protects against cavities
  • Reduces gum inflammation
  • Improves long-term oral health
  • Ensures every surface of every tooth is cleaned
Most people think they brush for 2 minutes…
In reality? The average person brushes for around 45–60 seconds.
That’s barely half the time needed to clean properly.

Why Kids Struggle With Brushing for 2 Minutes

Let’s be honest - two minutes can feel like forever for a child.
Common challenges parents face:
  • “I’m done!” after 20 seconds
  • Rushing through without cleaning properly
  • Brushing only the front teeth
  • Skipping brushing altogether
  • Turning brushing time into a battle
Without structure or guidance, children don’t really know what to do for two minutes.
They just move the toothbrush around randomly.

It’s Not Just About Time — It’s About Technique

Here’s the part people don’t talk about enough:
Two minutes means nothing if you’re not brushing correctly.
You need to:
  • Divide the mouth into sections
  • Clean the outer surfaces
  • Clean the inner surfaces
  • Clean chewing surfaces
  • Brush along the gumline
  • Use gentle circular motions
Most adults were never shown this properly.
And if we weren’t taught clearly, how can we expect our children to know?

Turn 2 Minutes Into a Healthy Habit

The key to building lifelong oral hygiene habits is:
  • Consistency
  • Guidance
  • Making it engaging
This is exactly why Kirsty’s Smile Academy was created.
The app guides adults (to better help their children) through the correct brushing technique step-by-step - helping them brush for the full 2 minutes while cleaning every area properly.
No guessing.
No rushing.

Picture
If you’ve been searching “how to brush your teeth properly”, “best way to brush teeth”, or “how to teach kids to brush their teeth”, you’re in exactly the right place.
Brushing your teeth might seem simple… but are you really doing it the right way?
The truth is, most people were never properly taught how to brush and floss effectively. The good news? It’s never too late to learn - and it’s easier than you think.

That’s exactly why I created Kirsty’s Smile Academy - a simple, fun app designed to teach adults how to brush, floss, and care for their teeth properly for a healthy smile for life.

Why Do We Brush Our Teeth?

Brushing your teeth isn’t just about fresh breath. It’s about protecting your whole mouth - and your long-term health.
Here’s what daily toothbrushing does:
  • Removes plaque (the sticky film of bacteria)
  • Prevents tooth decay and cavities
  • Protects against gum disease
  • Reduces bad breath
  • Keeps your smile bright and confident
When plaque isn’t removed properly, it hardens into tartar and can lead to gum inflammation, bleeding gums, and even tooth loss over time.
Good oral hygiene isn’t cosmetic - it’s essential.

The Truth: Most People Were Never Properly Taught How to Use a Toothbrush

Brushing your teeth seems like common sense, right?
But many people:
  • Brush too quickly
  • Miss hard-to-reach areas
  • Use the wrong brushing technique
  • Don’t floss correctly (or at all)
  • Stop brushing too early
We all need guidance, repetition, and encouragement to develop healthy brushing habits.
That’s where structured teaching makes all the difference.

t’s Never Too Late to Learn How to Brush Properly

Here’s something I truly believe:
It is NEVER too late to improve your oral health.
Whether you’re:
  • A parent wanting to teach your child better brushing habits
  • An adult who feels unsure about flossing
  • Someone trying to prevent cavities and gum disease
  • Or simply wanting a brighter, healthier smile
Learning the correct brushing technique can change your long-term dental health.
Small improvements today = fewer dental problems tomorrow.

BioMin Toothpaste: Unique Fluoride Protection for Stronger Teeth!

9/12/2024

Picture
If you’re serious about your oral health and want more than just a basic toothpaste, BioMin might be exactly what you need. Developed in the UK by researchers at Queen Mary University of London, BioMin toothpaste represents years of scientific advancement, designed to protect your teeth, strengthen enamel, and reduce sensitivity with a fluoride formula that works smarter, not harder.

The Unique Science Behind BioMin’s Protection

BioMin stands out because of its slow-release technology, which releases fluoride, calcium, and phosphate ions gradually over the course of 12 hours. This slow release helps rebuild and remineralize enamel, providing long-lasting protection, even after brushing. It’s an intelligent, scientifically-backed approach to tackling common dental problems like tooth decay, enamel erosion, and sensitivity.
Lower Fluoride, Greater Protection: With only 530 ppm of fluoride, BioMin offers a lower fluoride dose than many other brands. But don’t let the lower fluoride concentration fool you! This unique formulation allows for continuous, effective protection throughout the day. The fluoride is gradually released to protect teeth without overwhelming your system. Studies have shown that this controlled release can reduce cavities by up to 48% (Dental Research UK), making BioMin an excellent choice for overall tooth health.
Enamel Repair, Not Just Cleaning: BioMin's slow-release ions not only protect your teeth but actively help to remineralize and rebuild enamel. This is particularly beneficial for those who struggle with acid wear or weakened enamel due to diet, age, or lifestyle. BioMin users have reported significant improvements in enamel strength and a reduction in tooth sensitivity (Oral Health Foundation).

Best Practices for Maximum Benefits:

To get the full benefit of BioMin’s advanced formula, it’s important to follow the correct brushing technique. Brush twice a day, and remember--spit, don’t rinse! By spitting out the toothpaste and not rinsing, you allow the fluoride, calcium, and phosphate ions to stay on your teeth longer, providing maximum remineralizing benefits. If you rinse immediately, you could wash away these crucial ingredients before they have a chance to work. So, after brushing, simply spit out the excess and let the toothpaste continue to do its job for the next few hours.

BioMin: A Perfect Choice for the Whole Family

BioMin is also a great option for children due to its mild flavor, making it easier to encourage healthy brushing habits from an early age. Unlike some adult toothpastes that can be overpowering, BioMin’s minimal flavor makes it more appealing to younger users, helping them stick to a consistent brushing routine. Plus, it’s gentle enough for those with sensitive mouths or gums.

The Fluoride-Free Alternative:

For those who prefer to avoid fluoride, BioMin C (the fluoride-free variant) is a fantastic option. It still contains the powerful calcium and phosphate ions that help remineralize and protect enamel, offering a natural approach to oral health. Whether you choose BioMin F or BioMin C, both formulas are designed to work in harmony with your body’s natural remineralization processes, helping to strengthen your teeth without harsh chemicals or additives.
BioMin offers smarter fluoride protection: It’s not just about cleaning your teeth, but about keeping them strong and healthy for the long haul. Whether you’re looking for a toothpaste that provides lasting protection, helps reduce sensitivity, or is gentle enough for children, BioMin is an excellent choice.

Ready to Make the Switch?

f you’re ready to give BioMin a try, head to the link in our bio for an exclusive 10% off (courtesy y of Twice Dailey) your first order at Twice Daily with code KSA. Whether you choose BioMin F for fluoride protection or BioMin C for a fluoride-free alternative, BioMin could be just what you need to take your dental health to the next level.

Discover the Power of Disclosing Tablets: Your Guide to a Cleaner, Healthier Smile

Disclosing tablets - Day 8 of Kirstys Smile Academy
Want to know if your brushing routine is up to scratch? Learn how disclosing tablets can reveal plaque buildup and help you master the art of a cleaner, healthier smile!
If you’ve ever wondered how well you’re really brushing your teeth, disclosing tablets might just be the “game changer” you need! At Kirsty’s Smile Academy, I’m all about helping you take charge of your dental health, and disclosing tablets are one of my favorite tools for that. Not only do they add a touch of fun to your routine, but they’re also one of the most underutilized ways to do a DIY check on your smile’s health. Here’s everything you need to know about these tiny but mighty tablets.

What Are Disclosing Tablets, and How Do They Work?

Disclosing tablets are small, chewable tablets that use a food-safe dye to reveal where plaque is hiding on your teeth. When you chew one of these tablets, the dye sticks to areas where plaque has built up, usually showing up as a bright pink or blue. This gives you an instant visual of where plaque is lingering—essentially mapping out the spots that need more attention when you brush.

How to Use Disclosing Tablets Like a Pro

Using disclosing tablets is quick and easy. Here’s how to get started and make the most of this handy tool:
  • Brush Your Teeth Normally: Start with your regular brushing and flossing routine. It’s best to use the tablets after brushing so you can see any areas that need extra attention.
  • Chew the Tablet: Pop one tablet into your mouth and chew it thoroughly. Move the tablet around with your tongue, covering your teeth, especially the areas you might typically miss.
  • Check the Color: Once you’ve chewed the tablet, spit out any excess dye and rinse lightly with water if needed. The dye will color any plaque buildup, typically turning it pink or blue. Take a close look at which areas are stained—these are spots where plaque remains, so they need extra attention.
  • Brush Again, Focusing on Colored Areas: Now that you know where plaque is hiding, brush those areas again, focusing on reaching each tooth’s surface and along the gumline. Use gentle, circular motions, and don’t rush—this is your chance to perfect your technique!
  • Check Your Progress: After brushing a second time, use a mirror to check if the color has been removed. With regular use, you’ll start to see improvement, and those colored areas will get smaller each time.

How Do Disclosing Tablets Help You Brush Better?

Brushing effectively takes time to learn, and disclosing tablets give you clear, honest feedback every time you use them. When you see the colored areas, it’s like getting a map that points out exactly where you can improve. By using them regularly, you’ll start to notice any patterns—maybe you’re missing the back molars or brushing too quickly over the gum line. Recognizing these habits is the first step to correcting them, and soon, your smile will be healthier and cleaner.

Why Disclosing Tablets Are Invaluable for Smile Care

Despite their simplicity, disclosing tablets are invaluable for anyone looking to take their smile health to the next level.
Immediate Feedback: Instead of guessing if you’ve brushed well, you’ll have an instant answer.
Encourages Consistency: By seeing the results, you’ll be even more motivated to keep those colors away next time!
Supports Lifelong Health: Plaque buildup is one of the biggest causes of gum disease, cavities, and other oral health issues. Disclosing tablets help you keep plaque in check, setting you up for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Want Long-Term Oral Health? Here’s Why Your Daily Routine Matters More Than a Scale & Polish

Visiting a dental hygienist is an essential step in maintaining oral health, but if you’re looking for true disease prevention and long-term stability, there’s more to the story. While dental hygiene appointments are valuable for a deep clean and addressing issues, they won’t keep gum disease and decay at bay unless they’re paired with effective daily habits. Let’s dive into why focusing on your at-home routine makes the biggest difference and why regular, routine scale-and-polishes may not be the best remedy.

The Truth Behind Scale and Polish Treatments

Routine scale-and-polish treatments are commonly associated with a “fresh start” feeling for your teeth, removing tartar and polishing away surface stains. But while these treatments are beneficial in the short term, relying on them for disease prevention can actually create a false sense of security. Research has shown that regular scale-and-polish treatments may not offer significant improvements in gum disease control if not paired with consistent, proper home care.
The removal of tartar and plaque is vital, but over time, scaling alone doesn’t address the root cause of issues: daily buildup and ineffective brushing and flossing routines and sugar exposure.

The Power of Daily Oral Hygiene

Gum disease, cavities, and other oral health issues progress due to daily factors like plaque buildup, diet, and mouth hygiene. This means that what we do at home each day has the greatest impact on our long-term health. Brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, flossing or using interdental brushes, and managing sugar intake are habits that, when done correctly, prevent disease and keep your mouth stable. When you’re consistent, you’re removing the bacteria and plaque that cause issues in the first place.
Without a proper at-home routine, the benefits of even the best dental cleanings will fade quickly. Imagine it like going to the gym once in a while: one intense session won’t bring long-term fitness, but regular activity will.

Your Hygienist as Your Health Coach

A truly beneficial dental hygiene appointment isn’t just about a scale-and-polish; it’s about your dental professional working as a coach for your home routine. Your hygienist should discuss your brushing technique, recommend interdental cleaning tools that suit your needs, and talk about how diet impacts your oral health. An effective hygiene appointment is as much about education and guidance as it is about a clean mouth. By assessing what you’re doing at home, your dental professional can help tailor a routine that not only cleans but protects.

Beyond Oral Health: Benefits for Overall Health

Improving your at-home routine doesn’t just protect your teeth; it positively impacts your overall health. Poor oral hygiene is linked to several health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes,  respiratory issues, erectile dysfunction and some types of cancer. This connection is even more reason to develop habits that support disease prevention, rather than relying on treatments that only address symptoms.

Prevention Starts at Home – With Support from Kirsty’s Smile Academy
